RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees all aspects of buyer and seller transactions
- Coordinates title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes
- Coordinates moving/possession schedules
- Schedules, coordinates, and attends the closing process
- Enters all client information into the client database
