Who we are looking for

FF Group is searching for a high-quality Office Administrator with potential to grow and develop in the company with willingness to create a warm atmosphere in the office and support the team in everyday office life.

Main tasks:

  • Regular cooperation with accounting company

  • Control and regular updating of document packages for coworkers (contracts, visas, vocations etc)

  • Business correspondence, business writing skills

  • Travel management (hotel, tickets booking, preparing for visa applying, invoice collection and transferring to accounting etc)

  • Office support (communication with office landlord, IT providers etc)

  • Delivery and receiving all goods

  • Providing regular payments (internet, water, paper, coffee etc)

  • Coordination of selection and purchase office equipment

  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the office. Communication with suppliers (water delivery, cleaning, etc)

  • Fulfillment of other instructions from the CEO and the Chief of HR

Requirements

Must have:

  • Work experience in a similar position

  • Business writing skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel - Intermediate, Word, Access, Power Point)

  • Knowledge of languages:

  • English, Czech (fluent)

  • Russian or Ukrainian (desirable)

  • Desire and ability to work for results

Will be a great plus:

  • Knowledge of Czech Labor law and Czech account process
