JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Business Development Team Leader to lead our high-performing team in driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record in outbound sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of outbound business development representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies to improve team efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to align outbound activities with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Implement best practices for lead qualification, prospecting, and outreach.
- Work closely with the ABM team to build ICP key account lists, campaigns, outreach sequences.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive revenue.
- Generate regular reports on outbound activities, performance metrics, and pipeline status.
Requirements:
- 2+ years building and managing BDR teams.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
