JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Business Development Team Leader to lead our high-performing team in driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate

will have a proven track record in outbound sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of outbound business development representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies to improve team efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align outbound activities with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Implement best practices for lead qualification, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Work closely with the ABM team to build ICP key account lists, campaigns, outreach sequences.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive revenue.
  • Generate regular reports on outbound activities, performance metrics, and pipeline status.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years building and managing BDR teams.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
