Back Office Manager Assistant [ Q.1 - HCM ] [Vietnam]


 

Job description:

Implement activities requested by the office manager:

1. Support for recruitment activities: 60%
  • Perform recruitment-related operations: post jobs, contact candidates, schedule interviews...
  • Contact recruitment agencies, advertising companies for sending job descriptions, check recruitment contracts...
  • Create and post articles related to recruitment on channels: facebook, linkedin...
2. Other activities: 40%
  • Order and manage supplies, assets, machinery and equipment..
  • Perform some other administrative tasks.
  • Support event organization for the company

Job requirements:

  • Age: 28 years old.
  • Education: graduated from University or College.
  • Can communicate in Japanese or English.
  • 03 years of experience in human resources/general affairs at a Japanese company.
  • Candidates have experience and understanding of Vietnamese labor law and general human resources work.
  • Skills: proficient in operating Office Word, Excel, Power Point.
