Responsibilities

  • IT Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the global brand's objectives, leveraging technology to drive growth, efficiency, and customer engagement.

  • Technology Leadership: Provide strategic leadership in the planning, implementation, and management of technology infrastructure, systems, and applications globally, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with senior executives, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand business needs, align technology initiatives with business objectives, and drive technology-enabled innovation across the organization.
  • Innovation and Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, evaluating their potential impact on the global brand. Identify and recommend opportunities for innovation and digital transformation.
  • IT Governance: Establish and maintain effective IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance, risk management, and data privacy/security across the organization.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met. Evaluate and select technology partners/vendors to support the global brand's strategic objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing global IT organization, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to the IT team members, promoting their professional growth.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Drive the development of data management strategies, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimizing technology investments to achieve business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technology strategies, initiatives, and progress to executive leadership, board members, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for IT initiatives.
  • Manage maintenance of solid database of architecture from all Sabon global markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (at least 10 years) in senior IT leadership roles, with a focus on digital transformation, technology strategy, and business alignment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of global brand operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer experience.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital innovation and implementing transformative technologies in a global organization.
  • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving successful outcomes and managing complex projects.
