About the Role

In the role of Project Management - Technology, you will use the best project management tools to help us deliver products that will revolutionize the world of fintech. This includes overseeing the development of new products and services, internal information systems and applications, technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

About the Team

Our team is responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. These projects may involve the development or enhancement of products and services, internal applications, technology integration, infrastructure build-out, or delivery of solutions to external clients. We strive to improve customer satisfaction through the use of technology.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery
• Manage project initiation activities, including identifying contractual obligations, client needs, and project scope
• Ensure project requirements align with operational standards
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments
• Identify and assign project roles
• Coordinate activities among team members and external organizations to meet project goals
• Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues
• Assist in problem resolution and risk mitigation
• Perform other related duties as needed

What You Bring

• Mandatory experience in implementing banking/payment systems, preferably large enterprise banking systems
• Experience in end-to-end project management of medium to large, complex enterprise systems
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Capability in planning, project financials management, organizing, and progress control
• Good negotiation skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with project management standards and best practices
• Knowledge of IT project methodologies and life cycles
