We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Strand station.


As a Customer Service Representative, not only will you provide exceptional customer service delivery to our passengers, you will also:


  • Open and close the Northern Explorer arrival area
  • Provide general travel advice and information to our guests and passengers
  • Assist with unloading luggage
  • Ensure customer's luggage is well looked after
  • Organise taxi services for travelling guests
  • Ensure pick up area is for authorised taxi services and vehicles

Hours for this role are:

Wednesday - 3 hours (6:00pm-9:00pm)

Friday - 3 hours (6:00pm-9:00pm)

Sunday - 3 hours (6:00pm-9:00pm)

We are looking for people with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude who are passionate about the service they deliver.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a strong customer focus with the ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Have a sense of urgency and work with speed and accuracy
  • Be a great problem solver
  • Maintain your composure and help keep passengers calm in high stress situations
  • Have impeccable attention to detail and a talent for multi-tasking
  • Have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a moderate level of physical fitness as some lifting of passenger's luggage is required
