Looking for a person with experience in working on a wide range of general mechanical and electrical systems found in a commercial building and workshop. Including but not limited to, lighting, power distribution, plumbing, water management, vehicle maintenance, door access, security systems, networks, air conditioning, air compressors and general machinery. Able to plan maintenance schedules, projects, ordering of supplies and stock. Keeping to timelines and on time completion.
The successful candidate will:
- Working between Ao-Nang & Nong Thale workshops.
- Working outside of working hours as required by specific tasks.
- Report to engineering manager.
- Supervise a team of technicians, technical assistants & drivers.
- Contract type: Initial year leading to permanent type.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai & English.
- Excellent computer operation skills.
- Well presented, organised, tidy & hardworking.
Requirements:
- Open to Foreign or Thai nationality.
- Graduated as a Technician.
