Responsibility :
o Learns the Luna Luna way
o Learns all the stations in the restaurant. (Grill, Fry, Assemble, Cashier, Beverage, Prep, Dessert, Front of House)
o Be open to learn and improve
o Practices good health habits, personal cleanliness and work attitude.
o Complies with the Code of Conduct.
o Always be punctual, efficient and courteous. Must have a pleasing and helpful attitude towards all the guests and colleagues at all times.
o Performs all assignments / tasks given to him by the superior before or after opening or closing of the restaurant operation.
o Attends daily briefing and takes down all details and notes.
o Always informs customer complaints, compliments and comments to the superior immediately.
o Informs superior immediately if found any customer’s item, hand phone, wallet and other personal belongings.
o Knows, practices and fully understands on the standard of service, standard of food and beverage set up and side counter set up.
Requirements
· Candidates who are positive and eager to learn.
· Candidates with richer experiences would be considered for managerial role
· Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English
· Required Skills: Results-oriented, team player, positive attitude, customer oriented, self-motivated, willingness to learn
· Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday.
