Responsibilities:

KOL Identification and Engagement:

  • Research, identify, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in relevant industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align KOL strategies with project goals.

Project Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive KOL strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Create project plans outlining KOL engagement timelines, content creation, and promotion.

Content Collaboration:

  • Facilitate collaboration between KOLs and content creators to develop engaging and authentic content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the execution of KOL campaigns, including content publishing, event participation, and social media engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Performance Analysis:

  • Providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Facilitate effective communication with third-party agencies and brands to provide regular updates on the progress of campaign projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

Payment Process Supervision:

  • Oversee the payment process to guarantee accuracy and adherence to established protocols in KOL (Key Opinion Leader) payments and taxation procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the correctness of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

End-to-End Project Management:

  • Take ownership of the entire project management process, from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee all project-related activities, ensuring seamless integration between different project phases and departments.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on KOL management or influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing KOL strategies.

Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of social media, influencer marketing trends, and the evolving landscape of Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Familiarity with various industries and the ability to identify relevant KOLs.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively convey project goals and expectations to KOLs and internal teams.
  • Good English in verbal and written (preferred)

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple KOL relationships and campaigns simultaneously.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to changing trends and evolving industry landscapes.
  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on campaign performance and feedback.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on KOL performance.

Tech Savvy:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Ability to leverage technology to streamline KOL management processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rp3,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
