Sales Admin

Company

We are a privately-owned Property Developer and Real Estate Company, and we are recruiting Sales Admin for our Dubai office.

Responsibilities include:

· Should be experienced in data entry.

· Provide after-sales support.

· Assist the sales team in creating proposal, contracts, site visits.

· Prepare and process documents & contracts

· Support the team in any ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

· Organize & maintain the office filing system.

· Provides general office & operational support.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Experience working in Real Estate.

- Strong administration experience.

- Proficient use of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Documentation experience will be preferrable.

- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, smart & presentable.

- Organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

- Eager to learn.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Capable of managing multiple tasks.

- Working within strict deadlines.

- Fast in typing (Not less than 32 WPM).

Mandatory:

- Start immediately.

- Currently living in Dubai

- Employment Type: Temporary

Contract:

Contract will be for minimum 3 months. It may extend if required.

Job Type: Temporary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai Marina: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
