Job Description
Support to develop strategies to ensure that employees have a positive experience with the company, as well as make sure that the organization is living up to its core values
Support to develop and implement programs and initiatives that advance a Culture & Engagement Action Plan to forward the global culture transformation at BRF
Identify and utilize tools designed to improve the relationship between company and employees.
Responsibilities
  • Analyzes cultural & engagement needs of BRF Turkey’s and organization, and provides content and guidance for all programs, develops curriculum, written materials and cultural protocols that will enhance BRF’s mission, employee growth and client services
  • Plan, coordinate and execute regular employee engagement related initiatives and activities, including employee engagement events, life events, and employee recognition and reward efforts
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective employee orientations and assist with onboarding, ensuring a positive and beneficial experience for each new team member
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve, elevate and evolve our team members’ experience, supporting retention efforts and maintaining a fun and energizing and inspiring environment
  • Participate in or lead engagement project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders and peers
  • Ensure the development of effective tools for Digital Platform Management and active use
  • Design & embed internal communication plans
  • Taking an active role in the testing and implementation of department-specific applications in digitalization and system transitions
  • To follow up the use of the annual engagement & culture plan in accordance with the budget
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Min 5 years of work experience in HR and/or Sectoral expertise
  • Passion for creating an inclusive company culture that amplifies the voices of people from all backgrounds
  • Enjoy using technology to engage, inform, and connect with others, and to enhance the quality of your work
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Desire to continuously learn and contribute to new projects or areas
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills?
  • Open to Travel
  • Flexible, agile and team-oriented
  • Advanced Negotiation Skill
  • Able to Use MS Office, SAP and Success Factor Modules
