What you'll do
As part of our People & Culture team you’ll get involved in all aspects of growing a team in a scaling start-up.
- Contributing to the onboarding of new employees by being responsible for onboarding dates and hardware procurement.
- Supporting our Office Management
- Supporting our recruiting to bring the best talents to our team
- Being involved in the organization of team events
- Keeping our knowledge and service pool up to date
- Conducting Team surveys

What you bring to the table
- You study at least in the fourth semester either psychology, management with an interest in HR or other related study programs.
- You have good MS Office skills
- You communicate and write fluently in German and English.
- You are self-motivated and highly organized.
- Working experience in another company or institution in an HR department is a plus.
- Having experience with/knowledge of sustainability themes is a plus. Having experience with CRM programs is an asset.
