Do you want to join our Supplier Quality Engineering department and contribute to product compliance by administrating the certification process for our product portfolio Footwear? We are looking for a Product Compliance Support within the Footwear portfolio. This role is located in our main office in Jokipii, Finland where you will work closely together with Supplier Quality Engineering Footwear and Product Line Footwear to ensure our products are compliant and meet time to market in an efficient way.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage/Update the product certifications of our footwear product portfolio. Collect test reports from suppliers, organizing external testing and create technical files as a base for certification.
- Contact person for external notified bodies and test institutes.
- Involved in product development projects to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Archiving critical documentation.
- Handle different markets needs e.g. customs requirements in different countries.
- Stay up to date with changes to regulatory requirements, and recommend actions required to maintain compliance of active products.
- Support sales in tenders and with technical documentations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree within relevant field or equivalent experience
1-2 year of working experience. Product administrative experience is valued in this position as well as the ability to read and comprehend standards and legal texts.
Fluent in English and Finnish, both speaking and writing.
PERSONAL TRAITS
The role as product compliance support places high demands on the ability to structure and plan your work. It is also of importance that you are verbal and can create and maintain good relationships. You are independent and have a pro-active working style as well as the ability to work in a team.
