We are already the World´s largest leisure travel company with a target to be market leader in each market.We are now looking for an experienced Dynamic Accommodation Production Executive to join our team for around 1 year. Our Dynamic Accommodation Productions Executives will be an important asset for the New Dynamic Product Team within the Commercial Department. We are in a fast return of the leisure travel business after Covid-19 restrictions and lockdowns, and we are building back our operations to deliver the best holiday ever to our existing and new customers.
In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and must adapt accordingly, rapidly internal and supplier driven changes are being handled by you. You will also act as a support for Sales and many other in-house departments, in close cooperation with e.g., Product Managers, Trading, Flight Fulfillment, Content etc.
ABOUT THE JOB
Your daily tasks include
Responsible to produce all dynamic accommodation in seasonal and ad-hoc launches and ensure all products are up for sale as required
Close co-operation with the TUI Group dynamic product team, internal TUI Nordic teams and suppliers
Actively work with quality and improvement having daily contact and close collaboration with Product Managers
Handling of internal and supplier driven changes and unforeseen events effecting our customers and secure that sourcing is correctly ordered from suppliers
ABOUT YOU
Team player but also confident in working individually
Experience from the hotel industry
Worked within Travel Industry minimum 3 years
Experience from international working environment
Care for details, flexible and end-to-end process thinking
Good communication skills in English and one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) - oral and written
Being straightforward and curious to learn more as well as taking initiative when seeing possibility for improvements
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
Being accurate and accountable with focus on giving excellent service
Great skills in working within IT-systems
