We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in off-plan property sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, exceptional sales skills, and extensive knowledge of off-plan property sales processes.

Experience in sales is a must.
Experience in Real Estate not only Dubai, but in other countries great plus!
(Countries Europe, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan).

· Holds a valid driver's license and own car, it will be great plus for you;
· Honest and trustworthy;
· Language: English, (others Languages is plus);
Responsibilities:
· Manage and build relationships with potential buyers interested in off-plan properties;
· Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities;
· Present and promote off-plan properties to potential buyers;
· Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property prices, market conditions, and legal requirements;
· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profits;
· Stay updated on industry trends, legal regulations, and competition within the off-plan property market;
· Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases;
· Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community;
· Qualifying new leads;
