Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Location: KANO.
Salary:240,000
A reputable pharmaceutical company in the Nigerian pharmaceutical industry, is seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our sales team as Medical Sales Representatives. We are currently hiring for the locations of Onitsha and Kano, two key territories with immense potential for growth.
The pharmaceutical company is renowned for its commitment to providing high-quality healthcare products to the Nigerian market. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our innovative pharmaceutical products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Pharmaceuticals' products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to maximize sales growth.
- Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals, ensuring a deep understanding of our portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for business development.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Remuneration Package:
The Pharmaceuticals company offers a highly competitive remuneration package, including:
- Attractive base salary #140,000
- Monthly fuel allowance. #100,000
- HMO health insurance.
- Company car for business purposes.
- Commission on sales, providing additional earning potential.
