Personal secretary / Admin (Female Candidate with Husband visa only) [United Arab Emirates]

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Secretary / Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a female candidate on a husband visa, who is capable of handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee data both in soft and hard copy formats.
  • Keep track of employee attendance and record overtime hours.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as send out offer letters to successful candidates.
  • Ensure that employee visas, licenses, and vehicle renewals are up to date.
  • Handle employee requests for leave, advances, and other related matters.
  • Issue warning letters and distribute salary increase letters as required.
  • Enter purchase invoices into the system on a daily basis.
  • Maintain document controls, ensuring the proper filing of all purchase and project-related documents.
  • Conduct company meetings, record accurate meeting minutes, and provide follow-up reports for the next meeting.
  • Oversee insurance-related matters for employees, projects, and vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
  • Must have a valid husband visa in the UAE.

Note: This job advertisement is open to female candidates who hold a valid husband visa in the UAE.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED1,900.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
