We are looking for a General Manager, Cyber Security (Penetration Testing) to scale our Penetration Testing capabilities.
The Cyber Prevent team is sub-organised into domains namely – Network Security, IT Endpoint and Hygiene, Information Protection, Privileged Access Management, and has several cross-domain capabilities. such as the First Line Security Operations (FLSO). The Cyber Defense team is sub-organised into Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), Cyber Defense Incident Management (CDIM), and Security Testing (vulnerability management, penetration testing). The Risk and Compliance team and Secure By Design team are now the growing teams. There are Other new capabilities that we continued to add to our portfolio.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business
- Led the Penetration Testing capabilities in _VOIS Romania end-to-end to improve the security posture across various global and local business entities to reduce overall cyber risk to Vodafone
- Deliver our Penetration Testing engagements across Vodafone estate
- Streamline the operational Penetration Testing reporting across the teams
- Interface with internal and external assessors/auditors, if and as/when required
- Drive continuous improvement of quantitative and qualitative factors that will improve costs, quality of service, and experience, including automation
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives across cyber security and wider _VOIS
- Attract good talent from the market ensuring timely and quality hiring; Ensure higher diversity levels across the team
- Ensure consistent learning and development of the team by defining and executing individual development plans
- Ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Continuously reduce attrition levels in line with industry standards
- Ensure resource efficiency targets are achieved year on year by use of various efficiency levers
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional administrative initiatives across domains
With these skills you are a great candidate:
- 12+ years of experience in working in Information Technology
- 8+ years of comprehensive Penetration Testing experience in both executing and leading penetration testing engagements at a global scale including infrastructure, network devices, applications, web app, mobile, and clous penetration testing
- Experience in setting up and scaling Penetration Testing team across the globe
- Very deep understanding of open source and commercial Penetration Testing tools and coding languages
- Experience in setting up and scaling Penetration processes especially operating models, engagement initiation, scoping, effort estimation, pricing, delivery, reporting
- Advanced Penetration testing certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, GWET among others
Candidates will have an edge over qualifying against other candidates if he/she has following:
- Understanding of wider Cyber Security capabilities (such as Cyber Prevent, Cyber Defence, Secure By Design, GRC, and others)
- Hosted and/or won Capture The Flag events within/outside the organisation
- Is an active member of the Penetration Testing global and/or local communities
- Won Bug Bounties and/or have CVEs registered against their names
