We are currently looking for a HSE Supervisor for our client in Boden, Sweden. Start of the project is in November 2023.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Work as an on site HSE Supervisor
- Complete safety inspections and follow-ups
- Check the implementation on site of safety rules defined in the risk assessment
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain HSE documentation
- Anticipate difficulties and propose alternative ways to work
- Providing guidance and assistance in Health and Safety topics
Requirements:
- Suitable educational background
- 5+ years of experience of similar tasks in international projects
- Knowledge of local occupational safety requirements
- Skilled to write procedure, instructions and reports
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Finnish and English language skills, Swedish skills considered as an advantage
