YOUR TASKS
Become a part of our HR team at our location in Monthey – we support our employees in Switzerland in all HR-related topics. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Business Partner with the following responsibilities:
Management of key processes along the entire employee life cycle for the Swiss business units Color Materials (located in Monthey and Basel) and Digital (located in Morges)- Ensuring seamless support for managers and employees for all people related questions
- Active participation in management teams and constructive collaboration with the works council
- Management of 3 HR/Payroll Specialists and functional supervision of an HR generalist
- Management of all employee life cycle related administrative processes (payroll, time management, pension fund, social insurances, etc.)
- Driving our HR transformation for continuous improvement of processes and tools
- Close collaboration within our HR team in Switzerland and beyond
YOUR PROFILE
Sound theoretical knowledge in Swiss HR, gained either through a university degree, a higher education or equivalent- Swiss certificate in HR is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years in comparable role, minimum 10 years in HR
- Experience in a continuous production environment is a strong asset
- Excellent French and English communication skills, both verbal and written, German is a plus
- Self-starter, self-reliant, future- and solution-oriented mind
