Job Purpose:
To perform general secretarial services and day-to-day administrative services to ensure smooth execution of all activities and to maintain confidentiality in the department.
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining schedules of the Head to ensure effective and efficient function of daily operations of the department.
Prepare and manage correspondences, reports for the department to ensure efficient function on day-to-day operations of the department,
Handle incoming/outgoing mails, liaison with internal and externa l contacts, interaction through emails and phone calls.
Undertake other special assignment e.g assist in Sales Marketing events and related duties as and when required, Ad-hoc.
Schedule/arranging domestic and international travel, accommodation and other logistic during his travel/trips.
