About the Job
Our content builders are a cornerstone for our business and we could not operate without them. You are creator of what our store teams and customers see on our website, internal systems and on our coupons. The job will involve working with our content files as well as interacting with and supporting our other departments such as our bet settlement department and of course our shop teams. Your tasks will include:
Inputting, Maintaining & updating information for our Shops and Website on our Optima Margin Maker system Processing bets – data input
Updating and creation of race by race new products and markets in a live environment
Assisting with employee & customer queries in an ambassadorial manner
Preparation of Content daily as necessary and validation of prices
All About You
IT literate – As your role will require you to input and update data on our systems as well as use these systems to communicate with employees it is of great importance that you are competent and comfortable with IT
Outgoing and People Orientated – Have a warm, friendly demeanour and actively take opportunities to work with and support teammates and other teams within our organisation
Hardworking, Conscientious, & Self Motivated – Have a high degree of personal and interpersonal energy at all times. The ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
Organised and task focused – As we deal with large amounts of data daily and this data is time sensitive it is important that you have a strong attention to detail and be organised with your approach to your role
This role involves working 5 days from 7, Monday to Sunday with shifts between 7am and 10pm
