KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the setup and execution of PPC campaigns on various platforms, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bid management, and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with product, CRM and retargeting teams to drive events focused on acquisition and engagement
  • Monitor user behavior, LTV and provide regular detailed reporting on results
  • Daily, weekly, and quarterly budget forecasting and monitoring
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners
  • Conduct creatives A/B testing, analysis, and production to ensure high conversion rates
  • Collaborate with other team members to share insights and knowledge to ensure mutual (team) success

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in major PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and their campaign setup, bid management, and audience targeting
  • Strong budget management skills to strategically allocate budgets across campaigns based on performance data and objectives
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, staying updated with industry trends, and adhering to ethical practices and platform policies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Analytics, Art and Game teams
