An exciting opportunity for you to join the CSIS Shareholder Services/Transfer Agency (“TA”) Lux-embourg Team in the unique and highly challenging Fund Services business.
In this TA Investor Services role within the Swiss Universal Bank Institutional Clients Division, you will support the onboarding and maintenance of our innovative Investment Manager relationships.
Your role will also include obtaining and enhancing your key experience and insight in the growing fund industry environment, covering important parts of the fund administration chain.
You will deliver a consistently exceptional service to the client and investor base, involving collabora-tion across teams internationally.
This will provide exposure to senior management and an excellent platform to build a broad, cross-functional network within Credit Suisse.

It is a 6 to 12 months Internship commencing September 2023.

The Luxembourg TA Investor Services Team consists of a Team Head and six experienced Investor Service agents. Your skills and experience

  • Knowledge of the fund business (e.g. Fund Admin, Transfer Agency, Custody Deposito-ry Bank, regulatory requirements, fund knowledge) and previous experience in TA is an advantage
  • Keen interest in servicing clients, attention to details and eagerness to deliver quality services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German or French would be an advantage)
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented and a hands-on personality; analytical and detail-oriented
  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an in-clusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential, and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
  • You are currently enrolled university students; you can provide a university agreement for the entire duration of the internship, and you have the right to work in Luxembourg.
