We are looking for a System Analyst to support our financial and operational business processes, and to optimize them using multiple information systems. Your responsibilities will include leading internal applications projects in a fast-paced global environment and supporting multiple units with ongoing changes in their business processes.
This position requires tight collaboration with various teams and vendors and the ability to define cross-functional business processes, implement changes and enhancements, and provide data analysis on a regular basis

About The Role
- Business applications development and maintenance to ensure continuous delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions and meet the business needs.
- Work directly with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company to identify pain points, identify process improvement opportunities, and push to create automation where appropriate.
- Application System Administrator. Hands-on business applications management including configuration, maintenance, and documentation of multiple information systems, as well as their continuous improvement in the corporate domains.
- Create precise, concise, and complete functional specifications and think through problems to make actionable recommendations.
- Proactively initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.
- Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations.
- Assist in KPI definitions, data maintenance, reports generation, and forecasting process.
Your Experience & Skills
- 4 years of experience with financial systems implementation in medium-large companies
- Experience with implementation of global financial processes – must
- Hands-on experience with Priority ERP, NetSuite, or Oracle – a big advantage
- Hands-on experience with integration tools (Workato for example) – a big advantage
- Experience with implementation of Purchasing, Travel, payments, and Integration tools - advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or similar or CPA
