Your Responsibility

Act as Business Partner of the Sales and our Management Team
  • Analyse and upload financial data and KPIs in different IT tools and systems
  • Understand the business environment to properly identify potential financial implications, ensuring timely and accurate information is available for key executive decision-making
  • Track monthly financial KPIs with responsibility until gross margin, recommend actions and mitigation plans for potential deviations
  • RGM (Revenue Growth Management): support teams in finding value growth levers through value deep-dives, sales analytics & cooperation
  • Accompany New Products Development (NPD) process to provide profitability calculations for new product launches
Financial Planning and Reporting
  • Analyse and upload financial data and KPIs in different IT tools and systems
  • Track business performance and analyze actuals vs. forecast and previous year. Provide monthly analysis and identify key drivers of variances, while looking for efficiency and effectiveness improvement
  • Lead the rolling forecast planning process together with CFO
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of the financials
  • Advise the Accounting Team on sales related topics (such as accruals) and bridge the understanding between Sales and Accounting
  • Liaise with the operations team to monitor inventory impacts & Cash implications
  • Support with audits and LSF reporting (Loi Securite Financiere)
Take part in Group-led and local projects transforming the Finance function
  • Become the Finance Transformation Entity Champion
  • Steer the deployment of new BI and planning tools
  • Further automatization of reportings
Your Profile
  • Academic degree with major in business, finance or controlling
  • Several years of professional experience (min. 3 years) in a comparable Finance, Business Analysis and Controlling position
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Experienced in handling MS-Office-products particularly MS Excel
  • Interested in working with ERP and BI systems (experience with JD Edwars is an advantage)
  • Distinct communication skills and capacity for teamwork
  • Analytical skills with accurate and solution-oriented working method
