The successful candidate will assist the Programme Manager in the implementation of different activities under the sKids Programmes ensuring that children are learning and having fun. The said Programmes operate according to sKids policies and procedures.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Supervise and assist children in programme activities e.g. art and craft, sport, games, offsite visits and activities (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking/cooking, drama and music.
- Ensure the working environment is kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe for all children, staff, parents and visitors to the programme at all times.
- Maintain the approved sKids behaviour management operating standards and systems at all times.
- Keep all information regarding the children and parents confidential at all times, allowing access only to duly authorised people and staff at all times.
- Liaise with Programme Manager, parents and guardians as necessary in a timely manner to ensure open and timely communication.
- Assist the Programme Manager as required to run the daily format as scheduled as per duties outlined on the task list.
- Sign in and out on days rostered to work as per operating procedures.
