Our Finland locations include Vantaa and Joensuu, employing over 700 professionals supporting functions such as production, instrument and reagent manufacturing, R&D, marketing, sales, quality, administrative support and supply chain. How will you make an impact?
We're looking for a Product Owner to guide new product development. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and get a kick out of refining unique ideas into tangible products, we're interested in you. As our Product Owner, you'll be instrumental in crafting products that make a significant difference. You will own the R&D product journey from concept to market, helping us deliver innovative solutions for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and Industrial product line.
Your Role:
- Breathe life into our product vision, leading the development from concept to market.
- Act as a bridge between R&D, Product Management and other team members, always ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Create and maintain functional product specifications that align with market demands and user needs using Polarion tool.
- Create features and user stories for the development team in Azure.
- Own and manage product risk analysis.
- Evaluate product performance post-launch, using data-driven insights to guide decision making.
We'd Love To Meet Someone Who:
- Has proven experience as a Product Owner, or similar role, preferably within R&D.
- Is proficient in Agile principles and methodologies.
- Boasts a curiosity about identifying customer needs and market trends.
- Can demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration skills.
- Understands the technical aspects of product development, but equally appreciates the customer-facing side of the role.
