We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Graduate Programme manager - HUMAN RESOURCES.

Principal responsibilities

Programme Management/Rotations

  • Work closely with the business to drive the graduate development strategy in line with the business direction and focus.
  • Management of rotations to ensure delivered seamlessly and meeting business needs.
  • Delivery of projects across DBS including training review and development interventions.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Preparation for stakeholder meetings including business steering committees.
  • Engagement with senior stakeholders to help deliver DBS strategy.
  • Build and own HR relationships across multiple areas.
  • Performance Management.
  • Work closely with the business and analysts to ensure consistent, best practice approach is adopted in how graduates on rotation are managed in regards to poor performance and disciplinary. Ensure accurate analyst performance and rotation data is collated, recorded and monitored globally.
  • Drive year/rotation/programme end calibration sessions for graduates in China and provide direction globally.

Global Induction Programme Management

  • Support the review, design, planning and execution of the Global Group Induction Programme (GGP) including ensuring seamless execution of all logistics.
  • Project support and implementation of on-going leaning interventions and post programme activities.

M.I.

  • Ensure MI is kept up-to-date and relevant - responsibility to ensure this is adhered to and collated globally.
  • Analyse metrics to inform our key successes and areas for development.
  • Work in partnership with the Graduate Recruitment team to prepare annual season review and conduct stakeholder review meetings where necessary.

Miscellaneous

  • Support wider global graduate recruitment and development and retention/talent initiatives / projects in line with business needs.

Customers / Stakeholders

  • HR generalist teams, key business sponsors, line managers and wider learning & talent development teams.
  • Will need to be resilient and able to deal with changing priorities.
  • To demonstrate creativity and implement new initiatives in line with business needs and budget.
Requirements
  • Proven graduate development experience.
  • Previous generalist experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • Previous programme management experience.
  • Good understanding of performance management processes and frameworks.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience of HR systems / databases.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
