JOB SPECIFICATION:
Ntron is part of the Oxygen Products division of Process Sensing Technologies (PST) and strives to exceed Customer expectations by continually innovating better and more efficient gas analysis and control solutions to help maximize process efficiency, improve product quality, protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment, and preserve capital equipment and investments.
We are currently looking for an ERP Project Leader to join our team. The ERP leader will excel at managing ERP implementations and has a portfolio of delivering successful ERP projects. The successful candidate must be comfortable leading diverse teams of resources, conducting basic project management tasks, and manage multiple implementations at the same time. If you have experience with QAD, great! If you don’t but have experience managing other ERP solutions we would like to talk to you.
The role of the ERP Planner will consist of managing the ERP project from kick-off to post Go Live support by:

Preparing and managing the implementation schedule, to ensure timelines are met.
- Preparing and managing the implementation schedule, to ensure timelines are met.
- Managing all stages of the implementation from data clean up to Go Live.
- Prepare and plan the crossover period to ensure a smooth process changeover.
- Understand current process flows in Ntron operations, align production planning and work closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Lean teams to reduce overall cycle times in the business and improve planning fidelity.
- Provide initiatives for continuous production and engineering improvement.
- Providing training to each department on the new ERP, create work instructions for each module.
- Support and advise all areas post Go Live and implement initial changes required during the transition phase.
Requirements, Skills and Experience:
- QAD knowledge preferred but Opera or other ERP manufacturing solutions are applicable
- A background in the Life Sciences, Automotive, Electronics, or Industrial manufacturing industries.
- Project Management skills / ERP Implementation Lead Experience.
- Planning, working with stakeholders and users.
- Good understanding of Finance and MRP Systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
