We are currently seeking experienced and professional Waitresses and Hostesses from Russia to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a waitress or hostess, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Salary: 500-1000 SAR / Day
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, ensuring a friendly and warm atmosphere.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Take orders from guests and relay them accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from the management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
