Responsibilities

In charge of overall administrative matters of our start-up company in Philippines.

1. Office leasing and office environment support, so that everyone can work conveniently, the office is safe, and everyone can work comfortably within the dministrative budge.

2. Accommodation support and dormitory safety management for Chinese employees.

3. Employee travel support, such as booking hotels and air tickets.

4. Handling of company certificates (business license, Internet business-related certificates, striving for local policy support), handling of employee certificates (tourist visa, apply for work visa and renewal, etc.)

5. Administrative procurement: office supplies.

6. Implementation of regular employee benefits: such as irregular afternoon tea, overtime supper, support for employee team building activities.

7. Reserve fund management. Administrative Expense Support & Reimbursement.

Requirement

1.Colleague degree or above.Minimum 7 years of work experience.

2.Fluent English, can speak Mandarin.

3.Familiar with office decoration, fire protection, and safety management.

4.Proficiency in computer operation, familiar with various procurement resources in the office. Strong emergency handling ability

5.Smart, flexible, strong learning ability, strong execution ability, and strong sense of responsibility.

6.Good team player,dedicated, result oriented. Can work under pressure.
