About the role
The Senior Manager, EMEA Treasury role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, based in the newly established Carrier Dublin Treasury Centre. The position will provide treasury support to Carrier markets in the EMEA region and work in collaboration with the global treasury operations team and Carrier finance organization to drive value and efficiencies for Carrier businesses.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at WHQ and across the businesses and functions in the region. This role will support the development of processes and control frameworks that will drive improved business results and cash flow.
This position reports to the Associate Director EMEA Treasury who is based in Dublin.
Requirements
Education / Certifications:
Masters or Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, other financial discipline
Experience / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Treasury and/or Financial Planning and Analysis- Prior experience in supporting EMEA business operations in a multinational corporation
- Experience working with ERP systems (i.e., SAP, Oracle) and Treasury Management Systems

Responsibilities
- Support EMEA business units with treasury matters
- Recommend and implement strategies to address international markets’ cash needs
- Provide support to business units for intercompany debt and equity transactions
- Coordinate business unit Trade Finance & local lines of credit requirements
- Collaborate with local tax advisors and Corporate Tax team on tax planning matters
- Support Global Treasury Projects
- Leverage Treasury technology to rationalise banking infrastructure
- Develop and manage cash management reporting for Senior Leadership team
- Provide transaction support for M&A Integrations and Divestitures
- Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practice to continuously improve processes
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and advisors
