Job Description

Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist based in İstanbul to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial support such as order management, order entry, price checking, order clearing, compliance, complaint handling, coordination of delivery, and billing.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following.

  • Manage the export business-related activities where applicable
  • Act as liaison between the customer and factory, proactively communicate in a timely manner with external customers about order verification, order, and shipment status
  • Communicate also with the operation to verify lead times, schedule customer orders according to their delivery needs and communicate special handling request
  • Proactively communicate in a timely manner with external customers about order status-related requests
  • Accept and process sales order schedules and also discrete orders, following established business rules
  • Promote customer satisfaction and achieves cycle time reduction through team-based problem-solving
  • Proactively act to understand and solve customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution
  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience in order and export management
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Professional phone skills and customer communication skills
  • Native in Turkish, fluent in English and German
  • No military obligations.
