The Freelance Operations Director will:
- Play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations.
- Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and exceptional customer service.
- Primary focus on operational excellence, implementing strategies, and driving continuous improvement throughout the company.
- Act as a bilingual professional with a warm and professional leadership style, to inspire and lead a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
The Freelance Operations Director has (a):
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within the horeca industry, food related industry a similar field.
- Track record as change (/crisis) manager.
- Strong business acumen (understanding of the fields HR, Finance, marketing etc.)
- Strong track record in driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements.
- Warm and professional leadership approach.
- Full working proficiency in Dutch/French.
- Good working proficiency in English.
- Certain flexibility to work at HQ in Brussels, to be present on site (entire country) and remotely.
What's on Offer
The Freelance Operations Director can expect an exciting assignment for 3-6 months with a start date preferably asap (latest August) to make sure the current challenges are managed shortly
