We are looking for a Controller who will be responsible for supporting the financial reporting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards and other visualizations that provide a clear and concise view of key performance metrics, generating insights from data by applying analytical skills and financial expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor business processes and support management-level decision-making
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and ensure that reports are accurate, highly relevant and delivered on time

Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors to ensure data quality and integrity- Develop and implement automated reporting processes that streamline data collection, aggregation, and analysis
- Identify optimization potential in business processes and support the implementation of improvement measures
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High affinity to BI-Tools (e.g. Tableau, SAC), Low Coding tools (e.g. KNIME, UI Path) and other financial software (e.g. SAP, Excel)
- Enhanced data aggregation and visualization skills to transfer the key insights in a meaningful and compelling way
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German
