Affiliate : Roche Diagnostics KoreaDivision : Finance & OperationWork location : Seoul, South KoreaArea: Accounting & Coordinator for Roche shared service center Follow up local financial accounting jobs such as T&E SOP and Policy clarification, etc. Responsible for local ICFR Manager such as SoD (Segregation of Duties) checking and Statutory audit preparation Responsible for DoA(Delegation of Authority) to enhance accountability, transparency, control and co-operation when making key management decisions as DoA Gatekeeper Follow and comply with Group Financial Guideline manual for financial statements Support Roche shared service team to ensure a compliant and accurate monthly closing process Area: Daily Sales Report in Tableau Provide the visualized dashboards to help Customer areas understand the on-going progress Provide Daily Sales performance analysis for leadership team Review whether we stay on track to achieve the sales targets Publish actual daily sales data downloaded from SAP in Tableau server Update Monthly Outlook and various targets regularly Update Product Hierarchy, Sales Office, Key Products and Routine/COVID Sales Maintain user assignment and reflect change requests from Customer areasArea: Business Partnering Work closely with a business unit creating active partnership and provide valuable support Add value and assist driving strategy and the direction of the business as a trusted adviser and deliver the information in a clear and user friend
