At Dennemeyer, the Global Business Restructuring and International Tax department is in charge of continuously adapting the Dennemeyer Group legal and functional organization to business needs, regulatory changes, and evolving technologies, while maintaining and enhancing an OECD compliant Transfer Pricing policy.
As part of our Global Business Restructuring and International Tax business unit, and in your role as International Tax & Transfer Pricing Documentation and Digiltalization Consultant, your focus will be on International Tax and Transfer Pricing documentation, and you will play a key role by participating to the creation or update of OECD compliant Transfer Pricing documentation reports.
You will work closely with the Head of the Global Business Restructuring and International Tax business unit as well as with the larger Finance Team and interact each time necessary with the relevant stakeholders of all concerned business units.

Your Responsibilities
  • Play a hands-on role in ensuring that intercompany flows of all kinds are properly documented.
  • Participate to functional analysis interviews and document them.
  • Draft interim Transfer Pricing memorandums in line with the Group’s legal and functional re-organization.
  • Assist in updating and improving all types of Transfer Pricing reports (e.g., the Group Masterfile, the Group Transfer Pricing reports for the re-allocation of management & support services and other shared expenses) and creating new reports each time necessary.
  • Progressively coordinate with external service providers for documentation workstreams requiring their intervention (e.g., for local Transfer Pricing documentation).
  • Participate to compliance assessments relating to the OECD BEPS Action Plan.
  • Participate to the drafting of intercompany agreements.
  • Assist in preparing guidance and tutorials to increase the Group’s awareness.
  • Interact and collaborate with BI team in view of further optimization and automation of all International Tax and Transfer Pricing documentation processes.
Your Profile
  • University degree or equivalent in Economics and/or Tax Law, 3+ years of similar experience.
  • Ability to interact and communicate efficiently with a wide range of interlocutors.
  • Ability to work on multiple workstreams and secure on-time delivery thanks to strong time-management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and written skills, high attention to detail.
  • Autonomous and self-organized.
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite; French and German are considered as an asset.
