Job Description


The Powertrain Solutions division develops and manufactures innovative technologies for the entire powertrain in the market segments of Electrification, Passenger Cars, Commercial Vehicles and Off-Highway.

With our trend-setting and innovative mobility concepts, we are a preferred worldwide partner for innovative solutions and dynamically contribute to the change in mobility. Doing so, we help our customers to significantly reduce their costs, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

In addition, we enable a completely new driving experience.

Join us in designing complex power electronic units from scratch all the way to series production developed for the future of electric cars!

Your contribution to something big:

  • Being responsible for the mechanical design of the assigned components in the field of power electronic units for electrical vehicles
  • Designing 3D components based on feasibility aspects
  • Preparing production and offer drawings
  • Discussing component feasibility and technical topics with international suppliers
  • Working in close cooperation with the lead designer and project leader
  • Coordinating with Bosch plants regarding mounting of the unit
  • Doing tolerance and screw joint seizure calculations
  • Collaborating with HW development and international project team members

Qualifications


What distinguishes you

  • University degree in mechanical engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of PTC Creo (ProE) system
  • At least 2 years' work experience in the field of design of aluminum die casting or plastic molding series components
  • Experience in the field of tolerance calculation and geometrical tolerancing
  • Fluent English or German and Hungarian language skills
