Customer Care Executive [India]


 

1. Manage Outbound and Inbound Marketing Campaigns

2. Building and Maitaining relationship with key Customers and bring back lost Customers

3. Maintain Customer Database, analyze Customer behaviour and improve footfall in the Store

4. Develop Loyalty programs for Customers

5. Handling customer queries and resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

6. Keeping Customers updated on latest products in order to increase Sales

7. Work Collaboratively to understand business and Customer Needs and advice on Industry best practices to the Management.

8. Should be able to effectively run CRM Software.

9. Organise and hold training sessions on processes to increase efficiency of usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
