Job Description: As a Social Media and Marketing Specialist at Golden Dough, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand, engaging with our audience, and driving our marketing efforts to success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Capture compelling photos and videos of our delicious Lebanese cuisine to showcase on our Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our Instagram and TikTok accounts, ensuring regular posts and interactions with our followers.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for email, TikTok, and Instagram to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and foster a positive and interactive online environment.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of social media and marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights for improvement.
- Creativity: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table to reach and resonate with the younger generations.
Requirements:
- A passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Good photography and videography skills.
- Experience in managing Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills. You can write well-formatted emails and marketing captions.
- Energetic and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to read and write English and Arabic fluently.
- No high-school or university diploma required. We will hire and pay based on your performance and experience.
Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of BHD 300 monthly (full-time) or BHD 150 monthly (part-time).
