STARTING SALARY RANGE: $17.00 - $21.00 PER HOUR
SUMMARY:
The Data Insights and Reporting Specialist is responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable strategies. The main task will be managing Xactus's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitoring current trends, and creating data-driven reports.
This role spans across all departments and all divisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports that monitor company KPIs.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and to develop new data analysis capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Establish clear lines of communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of KPIs with business objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of data and employee information that is accessible to the positions in KPI management.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
