Job Description

Office Engagement & Well-being is a part of Health, Safety & Security (HSS) and placed in the Corporate Staff department. Office Engagement & Well-being have a global role in Statkraft, and the department work closely with Markets, CFO, and Corporate Staff business areas. Office engagement & Well-being will also work closely with other departments in HSS and Corporate HR.

In this role, you will work with improving the HSS culture and competence in Statkraft, by ensuring consistent and clear communication of HSS messages and improvement initiatives. The role will have a particular focus on engagement of office environments and well-being initiatives and plans plus support to selected BA/SAs on this.

In this role, your will:

HSS related:

  • Contribute to further development of Statkraft’s approach for HSS culture improvement across the organization, including employee engagement and well-being
  • Define and lead the relevant engagement initiatives for the office environment. Drive these by supporting the management in the implementation
  • Provide dedicated plans and management support for our business/support areas Markets, Staff, and CFO
  • Coordinate common HSS activities across BAs/SAs for office employees at HQ, and ensure efficient AMU with HSS integrated
  • Provide HSS training content required by Norwegian legislation, to complement the common HSS training programs
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR around responsibilities related to health and wellbeing topics

HSS competence:

  • Contribute to further development of Statkraft’s HSS competence requirements and associated training programs
  • Work closely with the rest of the corporate HSS team and other key stakeholders in business and staff areas to develop and deliver on the above

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree from college/ university. Relevant experience can compensate for lack a of formal education.
  • Experience in creating/developing courses/trainings would be an advantage, both digital and classroom
  • Knowledge about the Norwegian Work Environmental Act and the build up off safety committees and other forums for collaboration within Health and safety work (AMU, verneombud Akan, BHT, tillitsvalgt, etc.) would be of great advantage
  • Fluent in Norwegian & English

The position will presumably be at the main office in Oslo, but we are open to discussing other locations.

This is a one-year temporary position due to a leave, with a desired start date of 1st of November or earlier.
