Your Role
- Support the end-to-end application process (from active sourcing to onboarding of newcomers)
- Accompany our candidates through the application process and ensure an excellent candidate journey
- Compile and analyze recruiting related KPIs
- Manage job postings across all channels
- Manage various recruiting-related projects (employer branding, social media campaigns, career events, interview trainings)
- Support in HR Management activities
- Bring in your own ideas to further develop existing processes
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration, psychology, business psychology or related fields with a focus on HR
- First recruiting work experience, preferably in the Finance and / or IT industry
- Familiar with MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter
- A thorough and well-organized work ethic
- Passion for meeting new people and the ability to inspire applicants / internal stakeholders with your open, friendly and confident communication skills
- You are enthusiastic about new trends in HR and recruiting
- Fluent in German and English
