Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users and subject matter experts to understand UAT requirements and objectives
- Assist in the creation and execution of UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements
- Conduct UAT testing to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of the software.
- Assist business users in executing test cases and documenting test results
- Onshore-Offshore coordination
- Identify, document, and track defects or issues found during UAT, ensuring their resolution
- Work closely with the development and QA teams to communicate UAT findings and ensure proper defect resolution
Requirements
- Rich experience in UAT testing, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and industry regulations
- Familiarity with UAT methodologies, test planning, and test case development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- SQL with DB testing experience
