HDPOCKETDOORS is looking for a Social Media Manager/ Office Assistant to manage social media accounts, with daily posts and content, with the ability to take our accounts to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of social media and office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results and grow accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media content creation on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, linked In, TikTok, and Pinterest etc.
- creative Blog posting on website
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Answer and route phone calls as needed.
Skills
- Fluent in canva or other social media editing and scheduled posting through social pilot
- Excellent communicator
- Working knowledge of office equipment and social media channels
- photography and editing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
