In Digital Enterprise Transformation, we are +100 colleagues spread across the globe and our work centres around helping the DSV business and IT colleagues create more value through digital initiatives.
As Senior Manager reporting directly to the head of Digital Enterprise Transformation, you will lead several product teams and connect closely with the business to ensure that business value is realised in the product portfolio. Your most important task will be to set a clear direction, lead and support your Product Owners and the product/development teams to fulfil their potential and deliver high-quality digital products.
In addition, you will:
- Build and develop your area according to our strategy.
- Ensure a continuous communication flow.
- Ensure that governance is followed.
- Understand and challenge to ensure that products are monetised.
- Audit the products in your portfolio.
- Guide and challenge your POs to ensure that the best products are delivered.
The role can be based at our locations in either Warsaw, Lisbon or Hedehusene, near Copenhagen.
Skilled leader with solid technical knowledge
We image that you have gained your technical understanding in a role as developer or software engineer and have built a solid leadership toolbox in leadership and/or Product Owner roles and are now ready for the next step in your career. You are motivated by succeeding through others, and you an effective communicator who builds trust, inspires confidence, and encourages collaboration across teams and departments.
In addition, you:
- Are strong at stakeholder management and can manage at all levels of an organisation
- Have solid experience navigating and collaborating in a global organisation
- Have sound decision-making skills where you choose the best cause of action even in complex situations
