Job Description:
SecOps:
● Implement and maintain security best practices in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
● Identify vulnerabilities and mitigate security risks.
● Develop and maintain security tools and scripts for continuous monitoring and threat detection.
● Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Code Release Management:
● Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
● Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance the development lifecycle.
● Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of our applications and infrastructure.
● Manage and scale cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, Google Cloud.
● Maintain and improve configuration management systems and infrastructure as code practices.
● Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):
● Enhance system reliability by designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application and infrastructure components.
● Plan and execute disaster recovery drills and develop resilience strategies for critical services.
● Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
General:
● Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to DevOps and cloud computing.
● Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the DevOps team.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and projects.
● Reporting to: Country Manager, Development Director
Requirement:
● Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese (Fluent)
AND : Working Proficiency in English communication (TOEIC 800+ or IELTS 6+)
● Qualifications:
○ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
○ 4+ years of experience as a DevOps/SecOps Engineer or similar role.
○ Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, IBM Cloud.
○ Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
○ Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
○ Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
○ Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
○ Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
○ Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
○ Solid understanding of networking and security principles.
○ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
○ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
○ Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
● Nice to Have
○ Experience handling multiple projects at the same time

○ Preferred: Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
