What you will do
The key account manager is responsible for building and managing relationships and excellent negotiation skills and territory analysis ability. And have excellent communication skills and cross-departmental coordination. In the responsible key account HP to drive results for patients, customers and shareholders.
Key deliverables will include: Responsible for leading and developing strategic customer relationships to grow Amgen´s business within compliance and legal requirements.
Initiates and implements programs and activities to gain, maintain and improve engagement of Amgen partners in the assigned region and key accounts
Main Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships: Establishing strong connections with key clients to understand their needs, preferences, and business objectives.
  • Account management: Coordinating all aspects of the client's account, including contract negotiations, pricing, and renewals.
  • Commercial Excellence: Analyze territory sales and competitors together with customer behavior for best KAM planning. Make changes as needed from new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives.
  • Strategic planning: Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to meet client goals and company objectives.
  • Forecasting and reporting: Analyzing sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and presenting regular reports to management and clients.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Working closely with sales departments, such as marketing, product development, and support teams, to ensure seamless communication and execution for clients.
  • Market and industry knowledge: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to better serve clients and stay ahead in the market.

What we expect of you
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical/medical device industry experience including experience as a District sales manager and Sales Representative (Amgen's internal conditions require MASTER or higher)
  • Responsible for more than two medical centers, and successfully completed the new drug listing process.
  • Have the ability to do math and understand the strategic direction of NHIA.
  • In-depth knowledge of the therapeutic areas, hospital environment, customer management and pharma eco-system.
  • Self-motivated and results orientated with strong communications skill, logical thinking, problem-solving skills and winning mindset.
  • A proven track record to be a superb team player with cooperate mindset.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and strong influence power.
  • Can accept the company's business trip dispatch and participate in the company's training courses.
